Verducci USA LLC will fully refund all items sold directly to the Consumer from Verducci USA LLC if the Return Form is received by Verducci USA LLC within 30 days of the date that the product was shipped to the Consumer. If you have purchased your boots from a local retailer or shop, you must contact the shop and follow their return and refund policies. In order to offer you the best value possible, please adhere to the following return policy.

• This Policy applies only to purchases made directly by End Consumers from Verducci USA LLC.
• This Policy applies to all Verducci USA LLC products including, but not limited to boots, frames, clothing, and custom fitted boots.
• Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept products for return that have been used.
• All products returned for a full refund, must be returned to us in the original packaging.
• In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, please see our Warranty Policy
• Returns submitted to us that are not in accordance with this Policy could result in additional fees including a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price.

Returning Items

1. Download the Verducci Return Form, and complete form.
2. Include in your return package your purchase including all original packing materials, manuals and accessories and the completed Return Form
3. Ship the product to us via UPS or insured parcel post to:

Please note, you are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product shipped to you is damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.
