Your Verducci Speed Skate products are warranted for a period of one hundred eighty days from the date of purchase from an authorized Verducci distributor, wholesaler, or Verducci Direct. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials while using the Verducci Speed Skate products in accordance with typical skating activities.

In order to make a valid warranty claim, the customer must present the Skate products and the original sales receipt to Verducci USA LLC or an authorized dealer within the one hundred and eighty day warranty period. Verducci will inspect the Skate products and determine if there is indeed a valid defect in workmanship or materials and then will repair or replace the Skate products. In the event that the original Skate products are replaced, the warranty period will terminate after one hundred and eighty days from the original purchase.

This Limited Warranty does not cover buckles and does not apply to normal skate wear and tear, customized modifications, accidents, or damage due to abusive or unconventional treatment of the Skate products. Furthermore, damage in conjunction with crashing during racing and race practices is specifically excluded from warranty.

Verducci does not warrant or guarantee in any form the results and/or achievements of any particular results with the Skate products. Verducci's liability is limited to the warranty period noted above.

Limitations on Liability

VERDUCCI MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VERDUCCI BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Verducci's liability for any claim, loss, or liability arising from or connected with the Skate products shall in no case exceed the amounts paid to Verducci USA LLC for the purchase of the Skate products.
